This quick as heck piece of *bleep!* was inspired by a song called "Pachuco" By La Maldita Vecindad. The song is more or less about your old fashioned Dad, berating his children because of their looks and behaviors, and their general taste about things; and about how 'back in his time' people were better behaved, dressed much better, etc.

The children reply with a chorus that translates, more or less, to "Hey, dad, you were a Pachuco. You were scolded, too. Hey, dad, you danced mambo. You have to remember that." Which is basically telling their dad he was as rebel back in his days as they were now, asking for some understanding and leniency.

Anyway, as I was listening to the song, I got this mental image of Bumblebee reminding the Nagginator (Ratchet) about his own youth, also asking for some understanding and leniency. And the image of Ratchet dressed like a Pachuco (Think about The Mask, or the Wolf from Tex Avery's cartoons.) popped in my head, and well, here's the results.
