In between working in commissions I took a break to practice more marker-fu and put that marquilla paper and Staedler pen to good use and try to work around the uber bleeding of my chartpak marker.
Ended up doodling Tracks and Lockdown. I was going to ink both with the staedler bleedtastic pen, but I liked a lot how he came out so ended up using my Pitt pens on him instead. Both were drawn from memory so I apologize for the glaring mistakes.
I didn't do much with Lockdown other than use him as ginea pig to work around the black marker's bleeding. I got close enough since it doesn't bleed as much on this paper as it did on the sketchbook. I still can't do finer details with it, though. I was playing with blending my Tombo and Touch markers in Tracks.
Still a long way to go!
